  • Poetry Out Loud Competition On February 4th Newfound Regional High School will be holding its annual Poetry Out Loud contest.  This recitation contest is sponsored by The Poetry Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts.Students are required to memorize two poems in class and then deliver them to the auditorium.  Since this is a Winter Carnival event, the winner will win points for their class.Newfound has had a contestant in the state finals for the past two years and is looking forward to another this year.

  • Juniors: Get Ready for Destination College ​Destination College is a Convention for Juniors around the State of NH who are interested in learning about what it takes to get ready for college.  This years' Convention will be held at Plymouth State University on March 14, 2015 and is open to all Juniors in the State of New Hampshire.  It is a day of learning, planning, and access to a wide variety of college planning workshops.  There will be guest speakers, an opportunity to participate in a scholarship raffle and a college fair! This signature event, sponsored by the N.H. Higher Education Assistance Foundation and the network of NH colleges and universities is open to Juniors and parents and is FREE~!Early​ registration is required and ...

  • Student Council's Annual Sock Drive It’s getting cold out and fast. There are many in the area that cannot afford the clothing to keep them warm in this bitter cold. That means that it’s time for the annual Sock Drive.  From Monday, January 26th to Friday, January 30th Student Council will be collecting winter clothing during lunches to donate to those in need.  Bring in you gently used coats, hats and mittens as well as new socks and help those in need. All items collected will be brought to Bristol Community Services.

  • Senior Project Exhibition Cover Art Contest The art contest for the Senior Project cover page can be submitted up until February vacation.  The winner gets $50 dollars to the Bristol House of Pizza.

  • After School Clubs Today If you are in Project Promise's Snowboard and Ski club, please come down to room 106 today directly after advisories for a mandatory club meeting with Ms. Johnson and Mr. LaPlume.  We are really looking forward to starting this Wednesday after school!
